Extraordinary X-Men: Omega World
When Cerebra detected the sudden appearance of six hundred new mutant signatures in Tokyo, Storm sent Colossus and his team of young mutants - composed of Anole, Ernst, Glob, and No-Girl - to investigate. Cerebra took them to the warehouse where all the mutant signatures were coming from, and for their surprise, it served as the base of the Sugar Man.
Sugar Man had genetically engineered six hundred mutant embryos in total isolation from the Terrigen Mists and planned to send them to the future, where they would be safe from the M-Pox caused by the Mists and would grow to become the next generation of mutants, with him as their leader. Sugar Man was about to teleport the ark and himself to the future when Colossus and the young X-Men arrived. Their interference resulted in Sugar Man being separated from his ark and their teleportation along the ark to the future. Soon afterwards, the X-Men arrived and, upon discovering what had happened, used Cerebra to track and follow Colossus and his team through the timestream.
Arriving a thousand years into Earth's future, the X-Men found themselves in a destroyed New York City. The X-Men soon found their young members, but Colossus wasn't with them anymore, and they were somewhat different as they had arrived some time before Storm's team. They were in possession of the ark containing the mutant embryos and were also protecting it. When the older X-Men asked what had happened to Colossus, Cerebra warned them of the incoming threat: Colossus himself and his fellow Horsemen of Apocalypse.
Searching for answers about the place they were, Jean Grey read the young X-Men's minds and discovered they had been there for a year, fighting their way through the bubble worlds of the Omega World, where mutants no longer existed, having been wiped out along with many other races in the wake of Apocalypse, who now reigned supreme over what remained of Earth. After Jean showed what she had discovered to her teammates, the X-Men engaged the Horsemen of Apocalypse in battle, but were defeated and the ark taken from them by Colossus and the other Horsemen, who returned to Apocalypse's Kingdom soon after.
Due to the damages sustained in the battle, Cerebra couldn't teleport them back to the past anymore and lost contact with Forge in the past. Stranded in the future, the X-Men fought their way through the Moloids to get to Apocalypse's Kingdom, where they were ambushed by the Venom Symbiote, one of the Horsemen of Apocalypse, who took control over Logan's body. Jean Grey tried to free Logan from the symbiote, but failed and was consequently attacked.
While the other X-Men hold the Horsemen off, Nightcrawler took Storm to the interior of Apocalypse's pyramid, planning to end that once and for all by defeating Apocalypse himself. They were ambushed by Moon Knight, another Horseman of Apocalypse, but Nightcrawler quickly dealt with her by throwing her into a pit full of spikes they almost fell into while exploring the pyramid. At the top of the pyramid, Storm and Nightcrawler met Apocalypse, who revealed to them that Omega World was his body and him its heart, with his Horsemen functioning like antibodies. Apocalypse also revealed he had already destructed the ark, which led Nightcrawler to backstab him while he fought Storm. With Apocalypse dead, the Omega World started to crumble.
Uncanny X-Men: Awakening
After many failed attempts to connect with the mind of Warren Worthington (who had misteriously become Archangel again, albeit mindless) in order to discover what had happened to him, Psylocke was about to give up when she suddenly found herself inside Warren's mind. There, Warren changed back to his Angel persona and warned Psylocke about the incoming catastrophe that would befall the town of Green Ridge, and later the world if he was not stopped. Psylocke sought Magneto's help to investigate the small town of Green Ridge, in Colorado.
Meanwhile, Sabretooth and M were on a mission to meet an informant who had intel about a threat against mutantkind in New York City. As the informant didn't appear, Sabretooth followed their scent into the sewers. The informant revealed herself to be Callisto, who was hell-bent in getting revenge on Sabretooth for having killed many Morlocks in the past. After a brief fight, Callisto agreed to not attack Sabretooth again for the meantime and told M the reason she had contacted the X-Men for their help: the Morlocks were dying again.
In Green Ridge, Magneto and Psylocke suspected something was wrong with the town as she was unable to probe into its citizens minds, and followed them to a tent in the middle of the park. There, a priest welcomed everyone and introduced them to their savior, who to both Psylocke and Magneto's surprise was a wingless Warren Worthington, who now saw Mutants as aberrations.
After reading Warren's mind with his consentiment, Psylocke discovered he wasn't Warren at all and followed him to a secret vault where they were attacked and eventually subdued by Genocide and the other members of the Clan Akkaba. Beneath New York City, Callisto led Sabretooth and M to the underground hideout of the Morlocks, who were now coexisting in peace with Humans. When M tried to examine the ill in order to discover what was afflicting them, the infected Morlocks turned into hideous monsters, which made M realize they were under the control of her brother, Emplate.
All-New X-Men
On the day of Evan's sixteenth birthday, his friends threw a party for him in what was left of Utopia, but Evan wasn't in the mood for a party as he was worried about what he would become in the future. Evan then went to a small town on Kansas, a place that resembled the one that he grew on in his fake memories, with Pickles to relax.
After returning Pickles to Hank's lab, a curious Evan put the Third Eye of Horus on as Hank, who had been trying for weeks to discover a way to go back in time so he and his friends would return to their own world, did his last attempt of creating a time machine, which was unexpectedly sucessful. However, Hank and Evan were sent to ancient Egypt, where they found themselves fighting the Sandstormers to save their own lives. While Hank was incapacitated and heavily injured by their leader, Evan was rescued by none other than the younger version of En Sabah Nur, a.k.a. Apocalypse.
While the Sandstormers were convinced by their mystic to take Hank prisoner as a way to bring En Sabah Nur back to them, Evan and En Sabah Nur escaped to Perunefer, where they met Erika of Amnisos, an old friend of En Sabah Nur who offered herself to help them escape Baal, En Sabah Nur's father and leader of the Sandstormers. After fighting their way through the Golden Raiders, Baal's rivals, Evan and En Sabah Nur escaped on the ship of Erika's father only to receive a mystical message from Baal, who was willing to kill Hank if his son didn't return to him.

El informante reveló a sí misma como Calisto, que estaba empeñado en vengarse de Dientes de Sable por haber matado a muchos Morlocks en el pasado. Después de una breve lucha, Calisto accedió a no atacar a Dientes de Sable de nuevo para el medio tiempo y le dijo a M la razón por la que había contactado con los X-Men por su ayuda: los Morlocks estaban muriendo de nuevo.
En Green Ridge, Magneto y Psylocke sospecha de que algo estaba mal con la ciudad como era incapaz de sondear sus mentes de los ciudadanos, y los siguió hasta una tienda de campaña en el centro del parque. Allí, un cura bienvenida a todos y les presentó a su salvador, que tanto a Mariposa Mental y de Magneto sorpresa fue un sin alas Warren Worthington, que ahora vio Mutantes como aberraciones.
Después de leer la mente de Warren con su consentiment, Psylocke descubrió que no era en absoluto Warren y le siguió a una bóveda secreta donde fueron atacados y finalmente sometidos por genocidio y los otros miembros del clan Akkaba. Debajo de la ciudad de Nueva York, Calisto llevó Dientes de Sable y M al escondite subterráneo de los Morlocks, que ahora estaban coexistiendo en paz con los humanos. Evan se dirigió a un pequeño pueblo de Kansas, un lugar que se asemeja a la que él creció en falso en sus memorias, con las salmueras para relajarse.
Después de regresar Pickles al laboratorio de Hank, un curioso Evan puso el tercer ojo de Horus sobre como Hank, que había estado intentando durante semanas para descubrir una forma de volver atrás en el tiempo para que él y sus amigos regresaría a su propio mundo, hizo su última intento de crear una máquina del tiempo, que fue inesperadamente exitosa. Sin embargo, Hank y Evan fueron enviados al antiguo Egipto, donde se encontraron luchando contra los Sandstormers para salvar su propia vida. Mientras que Hank estaba incapacitado y fuertemente perjudicada por su líder, Evan fue rescatado por nada menos que la versión más joven de En Sabah Nur, también denominado Apocalipsis.
Mientras que los Sandstormers fueron convencidos por su mística de tomar Hank prisionero como una manera de traer En Sabah Nur de nuevo a ellos, Evan y En Sabah Nur escaparon a Perunefer, donde se reunieron con Erika de Amnisos, un viejo amigo de En Sabah Nur que se ofreció a sí misma para ayudarlos a escapar Baal, padre y líder de los Sandstormers de En Sabah Nur. Después de luchar su camino a través de los Raiders de oro, rivales de Baal, Evan y En Sabah Nur escaparon en el barco del padre de Erika sólo para recibir un mensaje mística de Baal, que estaba dispuesto a matar a Hank si su hijo no regresó a él.
